    Braised brisket & roasted wild mushrooms tossed in sherry cream sauce & herbs, topped with tots & aged cheddar, baked golden brown & finished with green onions, pickled jalapeños, & caramelized onions

  • Wild Mushroom Stroganoff

    Slow-cooked mushrooms, mushroom gravy, crème fraiche, green peas & egg noodles topped with crispy mushrooms

  • Crispy Chicken à la King

    Crispy fried chicken on top of creamy pilaf. Topped with brown butter king oyster mushrooms, drop peppers, peas, carrots, & breadcrumbs
